MCP Nest provides infrastructure for running MCP servers. Before using this service, you must understand and agree that:

  • The service may experience downtime or interruptions
  • MCP servers may behave unexpectedly or fail
  • You are solely responsible for your MCP configurations
  • The service is provided as a deployment platform only
  • Critical applications should have backup deployment strategies
  • We take no responsibility for consequences of MCP server failures

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MCP Nest ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the limitations stated above. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Services

Service Tiers:

  • Free tier: Limited deployments and resources
  • Premium subscription: Unlimited deployments with enhanced resources

Subscription Terms:

  • Payment charged at purchase confirmation
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before period end
  • Manage subscriptions via account settings
  • No refunds for unused subscription time
  • Prices subject to change with notice
  • Free tier limits reset monthly

3. Usage Rules

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to compromise or overwhelm the infrastructure
  • Do not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
  • Do not run cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
  • Comply with all MCP server license requirements
  • Monitor your deployments for appropriate resource usage

4. User Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of your MCP configurations
  • We process configurations solely to provide the service
  • You are solely responsible for your configuration content
  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
  • Do not upload sensitive or confidential information without proper security

5. Technology and Limitations

You explicitly acknowledge that:

  • The Service relies on container technology that may fail
  • MCP servers are third-party software with their own limitations
  • Network connectivity issues may affect service availability
  • Resource limits apply based on your subscription tier
  • Performance may vary based on system load
  • Deployments may be terminated for excessive resource usage

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its infrastructure remain the company's exclusive property
  • Trademarks may not be used without permission
  • Your configurations remain your intellectual property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. The company disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Reliability or availability
  • Security or data integrity
  • Quality or consistency of service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Not liable for damages from Service use
  • Not responsible for consequences of deployment failures
  • Not liable for data loss or corruption
  • Not responsible for third-party MCP server behavior
  • Total liability limited to amount paid for the Service

  • Terms are between user and MCP Nest only
  • Third-party services have their own terms
  • User must comply with all applicable third-party terms
  • Docker and container technology subject to their licenses

These terms are governed by United States law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
